- Are furnished with 2 king-size beds and have en-suite bathrooms that are well-appointed (finished in travertine) and featuring separate tub and shower.

The third bedroom:

- Is furnished with a queen-size bed and the en-suite bathroom has shower only.

Guest Bedroom:

- Leading off the public space is the guest bedroom.
- Slightly smaller in size but like all the bedrooms comfortably furnished with two single beds and is air-conditioned.
- The en-suite bathroom features has a shower only.

Living Areas:
- Villa Pete is a semi-detached home in the heart of the Estate and overlooking one of the Estate’s elaborate water features, surrounded with artful landscaping.
- Enter into an open-plan living space, comprising dining room with 8-seater table, stylish lounge and well-equipped kitchen, with good flow to the outside covered stoep.
- Decor is ultra chic but designed with your comfort in mind.

LOUNGE:

- The lounge has a TV with satellite, dvd player and a gas fireplace.

KITCEN:

- The kitchen is equipped with all the quality mod-cons including a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outdoor:
- The lounge leads out onto a covered stoep, furnished with an 8-seater table, and featuring a built-in barbecue.

Besides the golf course on your doorstep (rated a ‘5 Star Golf Experience’ by Compleat Golfer and the 5th best in South Africa by Golf Digest) there are a number of championship courses in the area. The superb restaurants and wine estates of Franschhoek – ‘culinary capital of the Cape’ – lie a 10 minute drive away, as does the historic centre of Paarl. The bright lights and sights of Cape Town lie under an hour away.
