Ellerman Villa is the epitome of self-contained luxury that affords the ultimate in privacy and fully serviced discretion.

The villa is defined by the contemporary lines of the sun drenched pool deck, the panoramic ocean views and highly sought after privacy. While the round the clock attentions of a personal butler, chef and house staff ensure that Ellerman Villa is the last word in lavish Capetonian luxury. Standing independent of, yet adjacent to Ellerman House, the Villa has a private entrance, three spacious bedrooms and a separate TV lounge, dining room and study. Following the form of a conventional home, Ellerman Villa can only be occupied as a unit – making it an ideal slice of paradise for a family or group of close friends.

There are also two separate bedrooms on the lower spa level that can be occupied either individually or by family and friends of those staying in the Villa. Villa Size (floor space entirely, pool decks, rooms, basement everything) : 1760m2

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Sleeps: 6 guests in 2 double rooms and 1 twin room or 10 (spa rooms turn into 2 doubles)

Three en-suite bedrooms (two king; one twin), all with sensational sea views, on the top level. Bathrooms are finished in travertine and feature large showers and separate tubs. The downstairs spa rooms can be changed into two double rooms (at an additional charge).

Living Areas:
Walls disappear from the main lounge-dining-study area, opening it to the pool deck. A separate entertainment room, with flat screen plasma television, and two spa room. A high tech stainless steel kitchen, fully stocked with delicacies from the best gourmet food shops in the city.

Comprising a Spa on the ground floor, a living area on the second and three bedrooms on the third. The Ellerman Villa provides a home-away-from home for the modern traveler comfortable in striking and minimalist environment.

The living area is open plan and designed for the guest to feel as if they're on the deck of a boat. The massive glass windows open up completely, opening up the lounge, dining room and study to the magnificent views of the ocean.

Outdoor:
Huge teak decks that appear to float above the ocean. The Ellerman House gardens are adjacent.

Other:
Butler, private chef, and housekeeping team. Serviced daily. Secure walled entrance and electric fencing. State-of-the-art alarm and CCTV cameras.
