Two bathrooms, one bathroom with shower above bath and the other with large walk-in shower. A guest toilet completes the picture on the upper level.

Enter your luxury 157m2 duplex on the upper level into a hallway that reveals an open-plan lounge and dining room - spacious enough to entertain a small party. Sliding doors create seamless flow to the outdoor terrace and stunning sea views, giving a further sense of space and tranquillity.

There is a television in the lounge and kitchen with DSTV; DVD player is connected to all televisions (including those in the bedroom). Also a CD player and IPOD docking station is available.

The indoors dining table seats 8; the outdoor terrace has another table, seating 6.

The kitchen is spacious with 3 seater table with all modern conveniences for hassle-free cooking, including a gas hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and coffee machine.

Private beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas are provided. The apartment has one dedicated parking bay on the roof deck.
