House Silva is a modern family home on the slopes of Table Mountain, with beautiful views of the mountain, sea and city bowl. It's close to the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town stadium and the beaches on the Atlantic Seaboard.

Situated in a cul de sac in a quiet area next to a forest, park and water stream, it's ideal for families and friends who enjoy nature and the outdoors, but still want to be close to the action that the Mother City offers. A number of hiking and mountain bike trails start within metres of the house.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Four bedrooms - one downstairs and three upstairs, two with en suite bathrooms and two sharing a bathroom.

Bedroom downstairs with queen size bed and en suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and basin. Wooden floors and view of Lion's Head and the city bowl.

Main bedroom upstairs with king size, extra length bed, open plan bathroom with large windows and a glass sliding door that leads to a balcony with a breathtaking view of the city, harbour and Robben Island in the distance. Free-standing bath, shower, two basins and toilet and en suite dressing room.

Bedroom two and three upstairs are carpeted, have beautiful views of Table Mountain and share a modern bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. Bedroom one has two single beds and a sliding door that leads to a mountain-facing balcony. Bedroom two has a queen size bed and large windows with wooden shutters.

Living Areas:
TV room upstairs
All bedrooms upstairs lead to a cosy TV room with white wooden floors, large leather sofas, art deco chairs, coffee table and gas fireplace, with lovely views of the mountain and trees. Television in TV cabinet with DSTV and dvd player.

Living room downstairs
Spacious, light and tranquil with white wooden floors, large corner sofa, coffee table and furniture/ decor in tones of grey, light green and silver. The living room leads onto an open plan dining room.

Dining room
The dining room has wooden floors and a solid wood table with and seating for eight. It leads to a small open plan kitchen.
Both the living and dining rooms have doors that lead onto the front patio with a six seat table. The patio has a view of the leafy garden and table mountain.

Kitchen
The small and compact kitchen is open plan to the dining area, has wooden work tops and white wooden cupboards. Dishwasher, microwave oven, freestanding stove with four plates and oven. From the kitchen, a spiral staircase leads to a large basement laundry room with indoor washing line, washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing surfaces.

Outdoor:
The property has a relatively large garden for an inner city property, with large trees, indigenous plants, a jungle gym with sandpit and trampoline for children.
