Villa Molteno is an outstanding holiday home, situated at the foot of Table Mountain in a quiet residential area. It offers breathtaking views of the Cape Town city and harbour.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Villa Molteno sleeps ten people in five bedrooms.

Three bedrooms, all en-suite, are located on the top floor. They have under floor heating. The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor. It has an en-suite bathroom and leads onto the garden and pool area. The fifth bedroom (separate apartment) has a separate entrance, kitchenette and en-suite bathroom.

Living Areas:
Tastefully furnished open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen.
There is DSTV, DVD and music centre.
Open up to beautiful veranda with wonderful views.
The dining room table seats eight guests comfortably.

The fully equipped kitchen is modern and includes: Gaggenaue gas hob and griller, Smeg oven, Saeco espresso machine, Toaster, Juicer, microwave and more! There is a breakfast counter with chairs and separate scullery with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.

Beautiful, irrigated rose gardens, vegetable garden and Koi ponds.
