Lying at the foot of the Hottentot Hollands mountain range in the Botriver valley it borders the Kogelberg National Eco Park on the one side and looks across the valley to the Bablionsberg mountains on the other. It is just one hour's drive from Cape Town International Airport and twenty minutes from Hermanus and the beaches of the South Atlantic ocean. Located on a working vineyard.

The spacious open plan living room leads to a well-equipped kitchen.
The living room - with DSTV and a log fire - leads into a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with dishwasher.

Outdoor:
The villa has its own Jacuzzi, pool and gazebo with views across the valley and the Kogelberg Nature Reserve!

A barbeque is provided on the veranda, which has views of the mountains, the Kogel valley and Walker Bay.

The swimming pool close to the house is set into the natural rock with its water pouring down the rockface into the pool. Guests can relax under the gazebo and enjoy views down the valley. A communal tennis court behind the house has the same spectacular views.

Cleaning service, and a cot can be provided on request.
Barton offers a wide range of attractions and activities for holidaymakers in the Western Cape. Visitors are welcome to use the farm for walking especially through the fynbos, cycling, picnics, bird watching and fly-fishing.
