Jembisa is an idyllic "exclusive use" safari lodge, located within a private game reserve in the heart of the beautiful Waterberg Plateau, which is found in the northern Limpopo Province of South Africa. The reserve is a beautiful un-spoilt wilderness of rivers, cliffs, gorges, woodland and open savanna that has been preserved through careful conservation management.

Jembisa is approximately 300 km/3 hours North of Johannesburg by road. Transfer services by road or air can be arranged.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Jembisa Lodge has 5 en-suite bedrooms and a children's bunkroom. The total capacity of Jembisa is 10 adults & 4 children. Arrangements are flexible, to suit guests needs. Cots are available for infants.

Living Areas:
Satellite-linked email and internet access that is available for limited use.

Outdoor:
Library - including special Africana section.

Other:
Children of all ages are very welcome at Jembisa, and activities are tailor-made to suit all ages. There is a spacious playroom where children's books, games and wildlife videos are available. Free baby-sitting is provided.

Jembisa offers guided game drives and bush walks, night drives and magical star-gazing. Private visits to Bushman painting and Iron Age sites on the reserve, bush dining, sleep outs, fishing, swimming, tennis and cycling. Fun activities for the children include spoor identification and tracking, bug and frog hunting and basic bush survival skills. Other local activities include a scenic helicopter flips, horse riding, quad biking and even an elephant back safaris and visit to a Big 5 reserve - these external excursions can all be arranged at an additional cost.

RATES INCLUDE:
Rates include exclusive use of the lodge, breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, private chef, private ranger, personal nanny, laundry service, game drives and bush walks, sundowners, camp outs, all activities on the game reserve, medical emergency response & evacuation, VAT/taxes.

RATES EXCLUDE:
Rates exclude road and air transfers to and from Jembisa, transport to and from local excursions, curios, massages and telephone calls.
