Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Sleeps 10 people in five en-suite bedrooms. (Can sleep an additional 2 in a double bed in en-suite study)

All bedrooms with king-size beds and luxurious bathrooms, postcard-perfect sea views and balconies.
Even the showers have glorious ocean views!
Three bedrooms (including the main bedroom) are located on the top floor; the 4th bedroom is on the entrance level and the 5th on the pool-deck level.
On request the study is easily transformed into a 6th en-suite bedroom with 1 x double bed and mountain (Lion's Head) view.

The main bedroom is enormous, with gas fireplace and balcony, separate dressing area with walk in cupboard and large bathroom. Finishes and furnishings throughout are ultra-luxurious in discreet natural shades and materials

Living Areas:
There is a huge light-filled semi-formal living room on the entrance level with a bar.
This room flows onto a large deck with magnificent views and dining/relaxation for small or large groups
Formal dining room off deck/living, also with views; seating for 10
2 x kitchens; first kitchen equipped with every conceivable convenience for guests; secondary kitchen equipped with specialist catering equipment for chef (on request) to produce gourmet meals on large scale
Level below is where the informal TV-lounge area with state-of-the-art entertainment/sound system is located, with uninhibited flow to pool and surrounding deck with 10 loungers. (Adjacent is where the fifth en-suite bedroom is located)

Two well-furnished and generously-sized decks make the most of the views
The lower deck overlooks a sparkling rim-flow pool
Staircase from pool deck leads down to secret cliffside garden, manicured and lush, replete with hammock from which to enjoy the same incredible views
